The St. Michael Alpin Retreat is situated in a stunning mountain setting with direct access to the surrounding forests and a small pond. The venue has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, allowing informal interactions and exchange.

One afternoon, participants will be free to explore the surroundings, engage in one of the many outdoor activities offered in the area, or visit the nearby city of Innsbruck.

Accommodation

Most participants will stay at the course venue St. Michael Alpin Retreat. As we expect more participants than the housing capacity of the course venue, some participants will stay in the nearby Parkhotel Matrei. A shuttle service to the meeting venue will be offered. 

Accommodation will be in single or double occupancy rooms, according to your registration order and fee payment. 

The venue St. Michael Alpin Retreat is located approx. 20 km south of Innsbruck, above the village Matrei am Brenner. Matrei can be reached by train (ÖBB) from Innsbruck in 17 min, trains leaving Innsbruck main station every 30 min. A shuttle from the station in Matrei to the venue, which is located in 30 min walking distance from the train station, will be offered.
